Processing & Exchange Policy

• Orders typically take 4 to 7 business days to process, excluding weekends and official holidays.

Try-On at Delivery

• No Partial delivery
• Kindly note that a shipping fee will be required for any exchange request

• When your order arrives, you’re welcome to try on the item while the courier waits up to 5 minutes.
• If the size isn’t quite right, you can hand the item back to the courier on the spot and just cover the 100L.E return shipping fee.

Size Exchanges Made Easy

• Prefer a different size? No problem. Simply reach out to us and we’ll gladly assist with arranging an exchange.
• Returns are only accepted while the courier is still present. Once the courier leaves, we’re only able to offer size exchanges.
